armor,” from Knights, pages 8 – 11 and explore internet-links. Design a shield for yourself.
Wednesday: Read “Heraldry & coats of arms,” from
Castles, pages 60 – 61 and explore internet-links. Play the heraldry game to help save the king.
Thursday: Read “Coats of arms from Knights, pages 26 –
27 and explore internet-links.
Friday: Read “Who or what were knights?” from What
Were Castles For? Pages 10 – 11. Using all that you learned this week, make
your own coat of arms. Make sure to
